Welcome aboard your relaxation destination ! 

We are excited that you have decide to join us for your special event or just to get away for a few hours. For public or private cruises, please make sure your party is present, on time, and ready to check in with our crew on board. We must maintain our schedules in order to accommodate the next scheduled trips for the day. In general, our reservation policies are simple however we encourage you to read our reservation policy below and contact us if you have any questions. Reservation & Boat Policy

Cancel/Rebooking Policy

If we cancel a trip, then you will receive via email or telephone, a cancelation message. You will have two options available which are to have a 100% refund or to have a credit for another available trip time. Reasons for us to cancel or reschedule a trip: 

  1. Lack of minimum guest requirements for a scheduled public cruise

  2. Severe weather, Fog, High Wind, or Small Craft Advisory Warnings (Owners, Management, and Captains decide the outcome of whether a trip will be canceled/rescheduled due to weather. If you do not hear from us regarding a cancelation/rescheduling message then the cruise is still departing)

  3. Boat Related issues preventing us from safely transporting our guests

  4. Captain or Crew emergency 

If your party needs to cancel a trip, you MUST fill out our cancel/rebooking form by clicking on the button below. This form MUST be submitted to us: 

  • Before 48 HOURS prior for a public boat cruise 

  • Before 5 DAYS prior for a private cruise.

Failure to submit this form will result in all covers to be non-refundable. The form will be submitted to the office so we can process your cancellation request. For further questions feel free to email us at breezelinesinc@gmail.com or visit our FAQ page!

Public Cruise Policy:

  • We require at least 6 guests minimum in order to depart from the pier. That doesn't mean your party needs to be 6 people. (EX. 3 separate parties of 2 guests can meet our minimum.) 

  • You can book any sized party on our website, however if within 48 we do not reach our 6 person minimum we will call to credit/reschedule. 

  • For walk-ons guests all of the covers MUST be paid before boarding the vessel. Your party can book directly at the dock office located on the pier under the bridge. Or by calling 410-885-5500

  • The vessel leaves on a schedule and sometimes will pick up other guests on the Southside of Chesapeake City. All north side guests will be boarded and once accounted for the vessel will pickup guests on the south side at the Chesapeake INN or Public Town Dock locations.

  • Bring your reservation email confirmation page with you so that the captain can check you in at arrival.

  • Be sure to know which boat and location that you are booking! M/V Bay Breeze of Chesapeake City is located at Schaefer's Canal House, and M/V Summer Breeze of Havre De Grace is located at Frank J Hutchins Park.

  • Be sure to arrive early to pick up any take out from Schaefer's! We have to maintain as close to our designated schedule as possible for other trips that day!

  • Due to limited space that is available at certain times we may have to consolidate tables therefore combining two different parties together at one table. 

 

Family & Corporate Private Cruise Policy:

  • The vessel leaves on a schedule so be sure to have your party all present 15 minutes ahead of the trip time ready for departure.

  • Any private event running late will not be able to make up time on the backend of the trip. The vessel will be back to the dock ready for next departure time. 

  • Bring your reservation email confirmation page with you so that the captain can check you in at arrival.

  • Any booking requests will be handled prior to the date of the trip. No add-ons or requests will be granted less than 5 days of the cruise time.

  • Payments for covers and special requests will be paid prior to the date of the reservation. Failure to show or request 5 days prior to the trip will result in a NON REFUNDABLE FEE for any payments made.

  • Private events can be booked on ANY open and available trip time.
